Vision Group has built a leading European platform in the contact lens and omnichannel eye-care market through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions across multiple countries and business models.
As the company continues to scale across its different businesses models, Vision Group is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help strengthen execution, improve organization alignment and support effective delivery of strategic priorities across the group. This is a highly visible role working closely with the CEO and leadership team to help ensure Vision Group operates with clarity, focus and execution discipline as it enters the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy planning & prioritization
Support the CEO in translating strategic objectives into actionable priorities
Help maintain visibility across key initiatives and business priorities
Support prioritization discussions and resource allocation decisions
Ensure leadership focus remains on the initiatives that create the greatest impact
Governance & operating rhythm
Establish and maintain governance structures that support effective execution
Coordinate leadership meetings, decision making forums and follow up processes
Improve visibility of decisions, actions and accountability
Support a consistent operating rhythm across the organization
Execution tracking & delivery support
Monitor progress against strategic priorities, roadmaps and key initiatives
Track actions, milestones and deliverables
Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies early
Escalate issues where leadership intervention is required
Cross functional coordination
Facilitate collaboration across departments, countries and business models
Support alignment between functions and stakeholders
Help ensure priorities are communicated clearly throughout the organization
Improve coordination on initiatives involving multiple teams
Reporting & performance visibility
Support the development of management reporting and KPI visibility
Prepare executive updates and progress reviews
Create transparency around initiative status, delivery progress, outcomes
Help track business impact and benefit realization
