We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join LensOnline, a dynamic and growing company with an office in Kruibeke. LensOnline is one of Europe's largest online suppliers of contact lenses. We operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy, working closely with a network of more than 250 partner opticians who help customers purchase contact lenses, lens solutions, and eye care products.


To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x). You will join a team where you will become the main point of contact for our customers. You will assist them from start to finish, using your expertise to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your profile

  • You are available full-time.

  • You have initial professional experience in customer service.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.

  • You enjoy helping people and are motivated by delivering excellent service.

  • You have a commercial mindset, can empathize with customers, and are solution-oriented.

  • You are proactive, organized, and able to work independently while also thriving as a team player.

  • You live within a reasonable commuting distance of Kruibeke.
